This will be presented to the person who always delivers more than expected, demonstrates a powerful sense of ambition & determination, and inspires us with their drive, focus, and spirit.
The Spotlight Award rewards and recognizes the person who best represents our values here at ACS – quality, integrity, respect, dedication and teamwork. This individual is a role model exemplifying all of the ACS Core Values.
Both winners will be employee nominated and will receive a cash prize! Nominations will be considered based on the quality of the reasoning provided – so be convincing, and tell us why your nominee is most deserving!
Employees are expected to provide a nomination for both awards.
