Safety Isn’t Just How We Work—It’s Who We Are

Safety at ACS is a moral obligation not just for leadership, but for all employees. We are passionate in our belief that safety incidents are preventable, and are dedicated to using leading indicator programs to continuously improve safety performance. We spend a significant amount of time on safety awareness and education during new hire orientation, are certified to administer numerous safety related certifications, and among other things, use site specific orientations, a Site Safety Committee, and site Safety Talks (single-topic training sessions conducted on the jobsite for all employees) to support our Culture of Safety. We’re committed to our people just as we are to our customers, and that means developing best practices and complying with regulations that put safety first.
